Madison Geroski worked fourteen years in New York City as a leading fashion designer and spent the longest portion of her career there designing for Kohl’s Department Stores in their Corporate Design Office. During her tenure at the company she designed multiple different brands and held positions such as Assistant Designer, Associate Designer, Designer, and most recently the prestigious role of Senior Designer where she managed a $500,000,000.00 brand. Not only was she responsible for overseeing a design staff, managing budget, and leading design direction, but she was also one of the voices of the brand to the management team and crucial in leading strategic decision making and overall evolution of the brand. Her career sent her around the country and world to collaborate with business partners, study trends, and recruit talent. Most recently, Madison has expanded in her career to owning and operating her very own business. She opened her boutique Madison Paul a year and a half ago and within that time also opened an additional store named Merry by Madison that specializes in Seasonal Decor during the holiday season. She is the sole operator of her business and oversees all aspects from product curation and purchasing to sales forecasting, hiring, marketing, and website management.
