Leslie Lipski is currently the Chief Financial Officer of NMC Company, a holding Company for Callies Performance Products and Aviation Manufacturing, all based in Fostoria, Ohio. Les has been with this entity for 29 years. Previously, Les was the Executive Vice President, Treasurer and a Member of the Board of Directors of State Home Savings Bank and at the start of his career was with KPMG, CPA’s in their Toledo office for 11 years.
Les serves on the Board of Directors of Satelytics, Inc., a cloud-based geospatial analytics software company, TWINE, LLC, a social media and photo sharing technology company and Winzeler Stamping Company, a manufacturer of custom stampings. Mr Lipski is also on the Management Committee and Chair of the Audit Committee of CentraComm,a technology company that provides IT services for both hardware and software. Mr. Lipski is an investor in several Northwest Ohio early and developmental stage entities.
Mr. Lipski was on the Board of Director’s of Fostoria Economic Development Corporation and was a Board Member and active participant in the formation of the Fostoria Learning Center.
Mr. Lipski graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Les has been active in many civic and professional entities in Northwest Ohio. He resides in Perrysburg, Ohio, and is fortunate to have his 3 children, their spouses and his six grandchildren all residing in Perrysburg.
