Kyle has an extensive background in Human Resources, spending most of his career in the manufacturing setting for automotive and consumer goods products in both for and not for profit organizations. He has specialized in Employee Relations, HRIS systems management, process improvement, employee benefits education and communication. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Tiffin University, and a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University.
Kyle currently serves as a SR. HR Manager / HR Business Partner for Church & Dwight, leading its Ohio and Iowa manufacturing facilities.
